All room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast for 2 persons.
- Children above 9 years are treated as an adult and qualify for an extra person charge.
- Children below 8 years are not charged as long as an extra cot is not availed. However, Rs.250 per day is charged for children between 5-8 years for buffet breakfast.
- Kindly note that the hotel staff reserve the right to use their own discretion in determining a child's qualification for the above charges.
- All the above rates are subject to luxury taxes at 12.5% and service taxes at 7.42% extra.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.

- For bookings made by a travel agent, contact the travel agent for refund as above
- For bookings made online at jcresidency.com the above terms are in force.
